Whether you’re in that 18-20 category or you have someone tagging along that is and you don’t want them to feel left out, there’s plenty to do in Vegas that doesn’t require you to be 21 years of age.
Concerts and headline shows:
Since so many people come to Las Vegas for the entertainment, Most Vegas shows on will allow guests that are under 21, although some are 18 and up such as; Chippendales, Fantasy and Crazy Horse, So check before purchasing your tickets in case that’s a factor.
House of Blues at Mandalay Bay, The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel and The Pearl at the Palms are among the best concert venues in town that tend to (depending on the show, of course) be all-ages. Lounges and bars where you might go to see smaller musical acts are of course, 21 and older.
Arcades:
As Cheesy as it sounds if you’re with people over 21 who want to go to the casinos or something that’s exclusively 21+ the Arcades are a fantastic way to pass a few hours!
New York-New York, Excalibur and Circus Circus have a wide selection of arcade games, but the king of arcades is Gameworks, located by the Showcase Mall on the Strip. They stock everything from newer fighting and shooting games, ’80s classics and all those fun, motion-enhanced racing games.
Go for a drive at Gameworks.
Attractions:
A lot of Vegas’ attractions are for all ages, even if they’re located inside a casino. For example, there’s the Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay, or the Auto Collections at Imperial Palace. Off the Strip, you can visit a museum or the Springs Preserve, an interactive, educational attraction where you can learn about the Mojave Desert or just make your own delicious vinaigrette.

The Roller Coaster at New-York New-York and the Big Shot at the Stratosphere are the most popular and exciting ones in town, but the Adventuredome at Circus Circus has a variety of rides, including the only indoor roller coaster with two loops and two corkscrews.

For something a little different, you can try the Fremont Street Flightlinez in Downtown Las Vegas. This “ride” has you zooming via zipline under the canopy of the Fremont Street Experience, over tourists and the kiosks of Fremont Street.
